December 13th, 1969 was a nice day and a nice year in the life of Fr. Jorge Mario Bergoglio[His Holiness Pope Francis] in the life of his parents, relatives, friends, and the life of the Congregation of the Society of Jesus [Jesuits] as he celebrates his Sacerdotal Ordination in the Holy Catholic Church. The ordination which took place on December 13th, 1969 was a step to his Papacy. The Catholic Church is united with him in one Faith, Mission, and Prayer.
Today, Wednesday, December 13th, 2023,
we celebrate the 54th Anniversary of his Priesthood and the incredible difference you have made in the lives of the Christians and the world. His compassion, humility, and passion for his calling have touched the lives of many people, bringing hope to the souls of the Christians. I thank him for being a Priest who has a spirit of guidance m, a source of motivation, and an instrument of God's mercy and love.
