Can darkness be said to be the absence of light?

Or chains of fear preventing you from being a knight

Hiding in the dim-lit moon everyday night

Blinded by a pair of false glasses against clear sight.

Who is playing the drum swiftly moving your feet?

Musical instruments of failure and defeat

Forcefully dragging and pulling you off your seat.

Hunted by this painted shadow in colour black

An artistic masterpiece crafted in the dark

How long will you be sentenced to illusive jail?

Walk out a free man for you have been granted bail!
