Holy and Glorious Mother, I Always Come to Your Patronage,

Most Holy, Glorious, and Blessed Virgin Mary,

Most Holy Mother of God,

Holy Mother of Christ,

Despise not my devotion for You,

Despise not my veneration for You

Despise not my prayers in my needs,

But deliver me from all perils,

Have mercy on me, and

Care for me.

Holy, Glorious Mother, I Always Come to Your Patronage,

Most Holy and Glorious, and Blessed Virgin Mary,

Provide and support my earthly life;

Back it with Your Motherly care;

Help and present me to Your Beloved Son, My Lord Christ Jesus,

Let My Poor Soul be sanctified and share the glory of Eternal Life.
