I'm saddened by the demise of Fr. Mathew Okun Lagoro, a Priest with faith, with service to God's people, and with humility in serving in the Vineyard of the Lord. His commitment and dedication to establish Acohlibur into a Catholic Parish will be indeed remembered.

He had the love, care, and wondrous homilies that brought happiness into our lives. All these will forever echo in our hearts, reminding us to cherish each moment, follow the Lord Jesus Christ, and hold tight to the call of Christian identity with the Lord God that he has emphasized.

Most Holy Lord God, I implore Your mercy and kindness, for the loss of Fr. Mathew Okun Lagoro, Your Servant and Priest, that, as You chose and made him to serve and carry the work of preaching the Holy Gospel of Christ. Let him be nourished by the truth, glory, and reality as unveiled in Heaven.
