The Lord God gave you life,

To me, you have lived well,

I am proud of you,

Because you valued life,

Because you have been a good person,

I am proud of you,

Because you have a good memory,

I am proud of you,

Because you have always spoken your mind,

I have learnt from you to admire such a mind.

I celebrate the gift of your life,

I celebrate a Compassionate Person,

I celebrate a Good Human Person,

I celebrate a Lovely Grandmother,

I thank you for being a Maternal Grandmother,

I thank you for keeping us in your family,

When we were young,

You have been nice to us,

I hope you find Heaven's glees,

Pleading Christ our Lord and Saviour,

To be merciful to your Soul,

To forgive all your imperfections,

To have your Soul in Eternity.
